Who is the 7 Day Running Mindset and Motivation Challenge For?
The 7 Day Challenge is for anyone looking for some additional motivation and accountability in their running journey!
Whether you're a rookie or seasoned distance runner sometimes everyone needs a little structure, guidance and support.
That's what we're here for.
I'll check in with you every day, encourage you to share your progress, and share expert tips, advice, and motivation.
Do I Have To Run Every Day Of The 7 Days?
Not if you can't - the key is to wake up early and move for 30 minutes each day.
Sometimes, external factors prevent us from running every morning. In the course, I give alternative 30 minutes workouts you can do at home (with no equipment) for those days when a run isn't viable.
What If I Can't Run For 30 Minutes (Or 10?)
No problem.
I'll explain how to run / walk for your 30 minutes; this involves alternating between walking and running.
The goal is to wake up early and move for 30 minutes every morning. Check out the 'caveats' video after signing up.
Who Has Created This 7 Day Challenge?
Hi! I'm Thomas Watson - runner, UESCA-certified running coach, and founder at marathonhandbook.com.
I've spent years working with runners of all abilities to achieve their running goals.
Personally I've run dozens of marathons and ultra-marathons, but also love going for shorter runs with family and friends. Every day I help runners solve their issues and reach for their goals!
Your Instructor
Hey there!
I'm Thomas Watson - ultra-runner, UESCA-certified coach, and the founder of MarathonHandbook.com.
After completing my first marathon in 2012, I swore never to run another. Despite that, I've now gone on to complete dozens of marathons as well as bagging podium places in several ultra-marathons and multi-day stage races.
I now help thousands of runners achieve their goals through MarathonHandbook.com!
